Description
We are seeking a skilled and creative Webflow Developer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for transforming UI/UX designs into high-performing, interactive Webflow websites. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about clean design, Webflow’s visual development power, and seamless user experiences.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain modern, responsive websites using Webflow
- Translate Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into live Webflow projects
- Build CMS collections and configure dynamic content
- Implement Webflow Interactions, scroll animations, and page transitions
- Integrate third-party tools, forms, and custom JavaScript where needed
- Maintain consistency across browsers and devices
- Work closely with designers, project managers, and marketing teams
🎯 Requirements:
- 1+ years of proven experience with Webflow
- Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Experience with Webflow CMS, Client-First naming convention, and responsiveness
- A solid portfolio with live Webflow projects
- Detail-oriented with a good eye for design
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices

- Experience with GSAP, Lottie, or Finsweet Attributes
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Airtable)
- Understanding of performance optimization & accessibility
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce (Webflow or Shopify)
